What is Prevzy?
Prevzy is an AI-powered platform that provides persona and product sentiment simulations. We use artificial intelligence to generate insights about how consumers might react to your product concepts.
How accurate are the results?
Our simulations are generated using AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of real-world outcomes. They should not be relied upon as factual, predictive, or advisory. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
Do you provide business advice?
No. Prevzy does not provide business, financial, legal, or strategic advice. All outputs are for informational purposes only, and you bear all responsibility for evaluating their accuracy and appropriateness.
How do I create a test?
After signing up and logging in, navigate to "New Test" in the dashboard. You'll be guided through providing your product description, demographics, and other details. Payment is required before the simulation runs.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
How long does a simulation take?
Simulation processing time varies based on the number of personas requested. Typically, simulations complete within a few minutes to an hour. You can track progress in your dashboard.
Can I export my results?
Yes, you can export your results as PDF reports from the test results page. You can also merge multiple test results into a single report.
Is my data secure?
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Passwords are encrypted, and we use secure third-party services for payment processing and data storage. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
